Warranty Conditions
1. Warranty Exclusions
- 
No returns or refunds will be accepted for parts that have had their protective films, adhesives, or double-sided tapes removed, or for flex circuits that have been bent, soldered, or otherwise damaged, rendering them unsellable. 
- 
The warranty does not cover damage caused by: - 
Accidents, misuse, or improper handling. 
- 
Repairs attempted by unauthorized personnel (outside our technical service). 
- 
Cleaning with inappropriate products. 
- 
Liquid spills. 
- 
Exposure to excessive heat or similar conditions. 
 
- 
How to Process a Return or Exchange
1. Submit an RMA Request
- 
Fill out the RMA form and prepare your return package in good condition. 
- 
Once we receive your request, we will contact you. 
2. Return Shipping Instructions
For Iberian Peninsula Customers (Spain & Portugal)
- 
When placing your order on our website, write "RETURN REQUEST" in the comments section. - 
The courier will automatically collect your return package the next business day. 
 
- 
Shipping Costs:
- 
Returns over €100: Free pickup. 
- 
Returns under €100: €3 shipping fee. 
- 
Returns under €100 without a new order: €6 shipping fee (we will arrange pickup). 
- 
Alternatively, you may ship the package yourself using your preferred courier. 
For Spanish & Portuguese Islands
- 
Ship via National Postal Service (Certified Mail recommended). 
- 
Returns over €200: We will refund shipping costs upon receiving proof of payment (sent via email). A discount voucher will be issued for future purchases. 
For EU Customers (Outside Iberian Peninsula)
- 
Contact us with the package weight and dimensions for a shipping cost estimate. 
- 
You may also ship using your own courier. 
- 
Returns over €500: We will refund shipping costs upon receiving proof of payment (sent via email). A discount voucher will be issued for future purchases. 
3. Return Processing Time
- 
After receiving your package, we commit to providing a resolution within 4 business days. 
Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds are issued as store credit (discount vouchers), not cash or bank transfers. 
- 
Exchanges will be shipped with your next order or at a date you specify. 
Important Notice
- 
Returns are processed at the current market price of the part, not the original purchase price (subject to fluctuations). 
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 103 (Last Updated: 29/03/2014):
b) Goods/services subject to financial market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control.
- 
Our imported parts are priced in USD and fluctuate daily. 
d) Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
- 
Our parts are susceptible to damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD), improper handling, excessive heat, or similar conditions. 
e) Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons after unsealing.
- 
No returns accepted for unsealed items (e.g., headphones, microphones). 
f) Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items.
- 
No returns accepted for parts with removed protectors, adhesives, bent/soldered flex circuits, or irreversible modifications.
